ALROSA reschedules offer of 15 bln rbl exchange bonds to Thu

MOSCOW, May 18 (PRIME) -- Russian diamond mining giant ALROSA has rescheduled the offer of 15 billion rubles of 10-year exchange bonds of three issues to Thursday from May 27, as seen by PRIME on Monday in materials of the placement.

The company also rescheduled technical placement to May 25 from May 29.

Each issue amounts to 5 billion rubles. All of them have a 5-year put option, and they carry quarterly coupons.

VTB Capital, Gazprombank, and Rosbank act as the organizers of the placement.
